Should we build or buy?
Buy, wherever an existing tool fits. We will say so plainly if that is the answer — custom software is worth it when the process is genuinely yours, not when it is merely familiar.
Can it work with the systems we already use?
That is usually the point. We integrate with your existing accounting, CRM or operational tools rather than asking people to enter the same data twice.
What about the data in our current spreadsheets?
We migrate it, including the messy parts, and agree with you what happens to records that do not fit cleanly before anything is moved.
