Native or cross-platform?
It depends on what the app does. Heavy device integration argues for native; a shared interface across platforms usually does not. We make the recommendation during Define, with the trade-offs written down.
Do you handle app store submission?
Yes, including the listing assets, review requirements and the first release. We also document the process so your team can ship the next update without us.
