Do we need AI for this?
Often not. Plenty of work that looks like an AI problem is solved better by an integration or a scheduled job, and we will tell you when that is the case.
What happens when the model gets something wrong?
We assume it will. Anything with real consequences keeps a person in the loop, and every automated step has a defined fallback and a log you can check.
Does our data get used for training?
Not by us. We configure providers so your data stays out of training, and we agree what leaves your systems before anything is connected.
